Make Something is a short documentary series by Big Cartel on working, living, and making it as an artist. Alison Jean Cole came to jewelry making by accident. What started as a childhood hobby grew to become so much more after joining the Mt. Hood Rock Club, a group she says has a reputation for being ornery. That experience helped this self-taught jewelry maker learn how to make vibrant pieces that wouldn't be out of place on your body or in an art gallery.
