A minor boy was stripped, tied to a tree and thrashed mercilessly for allegedly stealing a mobile phone in Bihar's Patna. Not only the minor was tied to a tree but sugar was also sprinkled on his body so that ants and insects would bite him. The boy was rescued by police after three hours of torture. Police filed an FIR after the video went viral. No one has been arrested yet.
